This locks the gold prototype in as the master chassis and finishes it into a usable NAD card system: fixed shell geometry, stable scan order, portrait-ready mask, disciplined lower third, and reusable family themes.

To turn this into the full presidents deck, keep the geometry unchanged and only swap the content object, portrait, and family class.
